As a new lawyer
in Los Angeles, California, he worked on business transactions and
business litigation for several firms in succession, with a growing
emphasis on construction matters, and attended the Construction
Development and Management certificate program at the University
of California, Irvine. Mr. Incollingo continued to practice in the
field of construction law upon his return to New Jersey to start
his family. Formerly a partner in two prominent local firms, he
has returned to solo practice in Gloucester Township.
Mr. Incollingo
is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Public
Contract and Construction Section. He is also a member of the Burlington
County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, and the
unified State Bar of California. He serves as commercial arbitrator
by appointment of the New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington, Camden
and Mercer Counties, and as a volunteer mediator for the Superior
Court Special Civil Part.
He is a founding
member of, and counsel to, the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Roof
Consultants Institute.
Mr. Incollingo
is a contributing author to Residential Construction &
Renovation: A Legal Guide for New Jersey Homeowners published
by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, 2003.
As a speaker
at professional conferences, Mr. Incollingo has presented to the
New Jersey Remodelers Association, the Infraspection Institutes
I/R Info 2001, 2002, and 2003, and the South Jersey Chiefs of Police
Association.
Mr. Incollingo
completed the Spring 2003 Construction Management Certificate program
at Camden County Community College.
